The caribbean island has always been on my bucket list of destinations to visit. A part of my family migrated there back in the days trying to avoid the military service in Spain, and retrieving that missed link became a little obsession of mine.
20 days exploring West and Central Cuba were enough to realize the communist country is definitely not a third world country, and they certainly are proud to enjoy those human values that we've lost on the way.
For those of you interested in photography: Most of the photos from this gallery were shot on negative film and developed / scanned at home. The rest are just digital files from my Fuji camera.
